I’m Tesa Sexton, a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist since 2012. For more than a decade, I’ve been guiding people through some of the most difficult and meaningful transitions of their lives — helping them release subconscious blocks, heal emotionally, and step into a life of peace, confidence, and abundance.
My path into hypnotherapy began with a deep curiosity about how the mind shapes our reality. What I discovered is this: when you change your subconscious beliefs, you don’t just think differently — you live differently.
